- An analysis of needs and expectancies is carried out by listening to our customers before we act.
- The needs and expectations of customers are rigorously analyzed and examined in order to be able to satisfy their needs.
- Each consultancy proposal is central to understanding the service that can be delivered by ACTA Logica di Progetto
- for each mission specific team of qualified consultants will be formed and they will answer to a project manager. This expert team represents the interface and the main point of contact for the client.
- To organize each project a quality plan will be designed that will contains all essential requirements to reach the goals and to manage the activities towards a final result.
- The project manager will liaise with company to evaluate the level of satisfactions and establish any outstanding actions that may need to be undertake.
