The first type of services responds to the needs induced by the current market in which companies operate. The latter are increasingly called upon to act in contexts characterized by extremely contracted reaction times in the face of rapid and impulsive changes. For this reason, the use of business management systems that enable the definition of the method adopted by the organization to respond to the needs and expectations of the target market and to govern its processes in an organic and structural manner is a primary need.
To this end, ACTA Project Logic, designs and delivers consulting services within the framework of the aforementioned management systems. In particular, these tools may relate to the ability to meet the needs and expectations of all Interested Parties. National or international standards may be the reference against which to have an independent third party certify the conformity and effectiveness of the system implemented. In the field of Quality, ISO 9001 represents the reference through which any type of public or private organization can certify a management system.
Similar applications can be made in the field of Health and Safety in the Workplace. In this case, the compulsory nature of certain legislative references (Legislative Decree 81/08 with its subsequent amendments and additions) or voluntary standards such as ISO 45001, which replaced OHSAS 18001 in March 2018, constitute the set of requirements to which the Safety Management System may be compliant and, if appropriate, certified.

Le norme della famiglia ISO14000 costituiscono invece i riferimenti rispetto ai quali progettare e realizzare un Sistema di Gestione Ambientale.
